Not much to say here at all:
1. It is well-priced. (When I got it for [...] bucks from , not the [...] it is now that I write this...)
2. It works.
Not much else. I use it to do old school demo tape recordings and it has worked fine. Not too bulky or anything at all. |

THIS TURNED OUT TO BE A GREAT LITTLE RECORDER FOR JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. WHEN I SAW THE PICTURE OF THE SONY RECORDER IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE GOOD OLD RELIABLE ONES WE USED TO HAVE 20 OR 30 YEARS AGO AND I DIDN'T THINK I COULD FIND ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN THE STORES, SO I WENT ON LINE AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. WE ATTEND A BIBLE STUDY AND MY HUSBAND WOULD TRY TO WRITE D0WN WHAT WAS BEING SAID AND IT WAS HARD TO WRITE AND CONCENTRATE ON OUR TEACHER. WE SAT AROUND A TABLE AT A RESTAURANT EVERY WEDNESDAY AND PUT THE RECORDER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TABLE AND WE COULD HEAR HIM REALLY WELL EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ALOT OF BACKGROUND NOISE. HIS VOICE COMES THROUGH VERY CLEARLY AND HE DOESN'T HAVE TO TALK LOUD. IT IS SO WONDERFUL TO COME HOME AND BE ABLE TO REVIEW EVERYTHING THAT WAS SAID.

| I wanted something easy to operate, portable and reliable. I still have a lot of cassette tapes I like to listen to. I know the quality is not as good as a CD but I still have them! This sony player is perfect, fits the bill. I recommend it. |

This a great little player/ recorder. Good sound. I have a bunch of older tapes I wanted to hear and this is just the ticket. One thing, I wish they would have made the buttons EASIER to see and read...The buttons all look the same.., so be careful. I accidently hit both play and record buttons at the same time and erased a portion of a tape.

| Since getting rid of my rarely used tape deck I needed to have something that I could use to occasionally play cassette tapes. This fits the bill perfectly. |
